Spotlight on Skye

We’re thrilled to celebrate not just a sporting milestone, but also the achievements of our very own nutritionist, Skye Lombardi, who played a pivotal role in Bayswater Football Club’s historic 2025 season. 

Skye and her teammates made club history by winning the Perth Football League (PFL) Women’s C3 Premiership – the first women’s premiership for Bayswater FC, eight years in the making. Even more impressively, the team finished the season undefeated, a first in the club’s 80-year history. 

Skye’s journey to this moment is inspiring. Now in her fourth year of playing footy, she originally planned to play for Bassendean Amateur Football Club. When that team folded due to a lack of players and a coach, Skye and a group of friends decided to join Bayswater. Their leap of faith paid off in the best way possible, culminating in a season that will be remembered for years to come.
